You will be required to cover CHAPTERS 3 - 4 (30 minute video) & CHAPTERS 5 - 6 (20 minute video) on your own via your RIGHTNOW Media account before our wrap-up class on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH. These videos must be watched and questions completed.
